Fergus launches AI-first job management for tradespeople

The move takes Fergus beyond software that records and coordinates work, to a platform that helps get the work done, from first enquiry to final payment.

Trade software moved paperwork from pen and paper to the screen, but much of the work never disappeared. Tradespeople still have to capture what happened on site, build quotes, update jobs, understand costs, create invoices and chase payment.

Fergus is using AI to change that, not by adding another tool for tradespeople to learn, but by putting it inside the job management system they already use.

• On site with Fergus Assistant on mobile, where tradespeople can type or speak from their phone. A tradesperson can capture what happened while leaving a job, allowing that information to flow into the job, quote or invoice rather than being recreated later in the office.
• Across a new AI-first experience with Fergus AI, designed to work alongside the people running the business and take on admin from first enquiry to final invoice.
